More than a decade of strategy. A lifetime of conviction.

Before focusing on faith-driven leadership coaching, I spent over a decade in strategy, consulting, training, and international execution across Europe, Asia, and North America.

I've worked with companies, leadership teams, startups, and European firms expanding into the Philippines. That experience shaped a core conviction:

"Most leadership breakdowns don't come from bad strategy, they come from leaders being unprepared to carry the weight their decisions create."
